The media effects and whats not said

The purpose of this particular interview, was to raise awareness to others that the knowledge about media and the way in which we perceive and even trust it, is discarded among individuals.

  1. It’s incredible how many people will just take the story that is given to them through legacy media at face value. That interview was really eye opening as an example of a (seemingly relatively young) individual’s opinion/perspective on the media. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Yes, the way in which the questions were answered proved that there are people out there that don’t know much about the way the media subjects them, it was a real eye opener to the way in which we are so ‘in the medium’ and the way in which some people aren’t.

  2. I guess there is a lot of truth to the saying ‘Ignorance is bliss’. Great use of an interview, it definitely gave the topic a realer approach. It really is incredible to think that with all the power we now have as consumers, there are still some who will not take a skeptical approach to what the media says. Good post and use of the soundcloud portion of the assignment (y).
